Ferro Summer Camp Official Rules
OFFICIAL RULES FOR FERRO SUMMER CAMP FUNDRAISER/GIVEAWAY
1. ELIGIBILITY
The FERRO SUMMER CAMP GIVEAWAY (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Ferro Concepts, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, promotional agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. SPONSOR
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Ferro Concepts USA Inc., located at 216 N 700 W, Ogden, UT 84414 (the “Sponsor”).
3. CHARITABLE DONATION
All proceeds from the sale of the Ferro Summer Camp Stickers will be donated to the Word of Honor Fund, a foundation that supports the surviving children of Navy SEALs and Special Operations personnel. In addition, Ferro Concepts will match the total amount raised through sticker sales, doubling the contribution to the Word of Honor Fund.
4. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN
A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
5. ENTRY PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins on September 18, 2024 at 12:00 PM and will remain open until all available stickers have been sold, or until October 2, 2024, whichever occurs first (the "Entry Period").
Mail-In Entries: Mail-in entries must be postmarked by September 25, 2024, and received by October 2, 2024. After September 25, 2024, no further mail-in entries will be accepted, regardless of sticker availability. Stickers may continue to be purchased for entry until all stickers are sold out, or the Entry Period ends.
6. HOW TO ENTER
To enter the Sweepstakes, complete the following steps:
Purchase Entry: Purchase an official Ferro Summer Camp Sticker from www.ferroconcepts.com during the Entry Period. While multiple stickers may be purchased, each participant is limited to one entry, regardless of the number of stickers purchased. Limit: One entry per person for the entire Sweepstakes period, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries submitted by the same person via mail-in, will be disqualified.
Mail-In Entry: To enter without making a purchase, print your full name, complete address, phone number, and email address on a 3x5 index card and mail it to:

Only one mail-in entry per person is allowed. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by September 25, 2024, and received by October 2, 2024.
7. PRIZE
One (1) prize will be awarded to a single winner. The prize consists of an FCPC V5 Vietnam Tiger Stripe Kit. The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the prize is $912.00 USD.
The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent will be offered, except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
8. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about October 7, 2024 from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the drawing. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of the notification, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner at its discretion.
9. TAXES
All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winners.
10. CONDITIONS
By participating, entrants agree to:
- Abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
- Release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, and all their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from any and all liability for claims, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.
- Allow the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes by the Sponsor without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
11. DISPUTES
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of [Your State], without giving effect to any conflict of law rules.
12. WINNER LIST
To obtain a copy of the winner list or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to:

Requests must be received no later than 7 days after the end of the Entry Period.
13. SPONSOR'S RIGHT TO CANCEL OR SUSPEND
If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes.
