www.ferroconcepts.com charges the rate that you select during checkout. For a shipping estimate please add your desired items to your cart and proceed through checkout. Shipping options will be displayed. As actual shipping charges frequently are updated by the carrier from the initial online estimates, we reserve the right to charge for any additional shipping costs.
When will my order leave the warehouse?
Orders placed on www.ferroconcepts.com typically ship within 1 to 3 business days unless otherwise specified. Items that cannot be shipped within two business days will be clearly marked on our product description pages.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Shipping companies do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. Business days are Monday through Friday.
How can I track my order?
Once the order is shipped you will receive an email titled: "Your order has shipped". If you chose "Airmail International" you cannot track your order. If you would like the ability to track your order please choose an option that has tracking during checkout. If an account was created on our site, you will also be able to login to view tracking information as well as account information, address book, and order history.
What shipping options do you offer?
www.ferroconcepts.com ships through Canada Post, Fedex. You can select your choice of shipping method during checkout.
-Airmail International - Generally 7-25 business days but can take up to 45 business days to get to their destination.
**Please note that this option is not trackable or insured thus we cannot be held responsible if the item does not arrive. Should you wish to be able to track your item once it leaves our facility then please select 'Tracked Packet International'**

International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and full freight from the point of origin.
Do you ship to APo/FPO?
We do ship to our valued customers at APO/FPO locations, please allow extra time for delivery as a result of these destinations. Canada Post does not adequately insure value for packages or offer sufficient traceability of packages especially when sent to APO/FPO addresses. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages when sent using this method.
