Return and Exchange Policy

Returns testing testing

Ferro Concepts accepts returns on the condition that the item/s still include all of the original packaging, instructions, receipt, and has not been used, damaged, or altered in anyway. Items must be received within 30 days from date of purchase to receive a refund for the order items. Items returned after 30 days and before 60 days are eligible for in store credit only.

A separate Legal and Terms of Use document pertains to Armor and Select Medical Items and is presented on the corresponding product pages. This document includes details about the Return Policy that specifically relates to these products.

Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Items must be unused and undamaged.

All returns will be carefully inspected before giving a refund, or credit.

Returns may be subjected to a 25% restocking fee if the item is altered in any way from original.

The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges.

Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee after 30 days.

Returns must be marked as a return or warranty on the customs declaration or returns may be subjected to charges of custom fees during the refund process.

Please do not send any items back unless you have contacted a sales representative for return instructions.

Returns are not accepted on sale priced items, custom products or custom colours used on standard products.

Exchanges

Exchanges are processed via you returning the unwanted item for a refund and having you repurchase the new item. If the new item is not in stock you will need to wait out a restock.
